DATA RICADO COLLECTS

In the normal course of using the RICADO Service, data will be electronically collected and stored in the RICADO systems (“Customer Data”). The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the Customer has engaged RICADO. RICADO may access Customer Data for the purposes of providing the Service, preventing, or addressing service or technical problems, responding to support issues, responding to Customer's instructions, or as may be required by law and processing financial information in accordance with the relevant agreement between Customer and RICADO.

RICADO processes Customer Data under the direction of its customers and has no direct control or ownership of the data it processes. Customers are responsible for complying with any regulations or laws that require providing notice, disclosure and/or obtaining consent prior to transferring the data to RICADO for processing purposes.

PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY

We may automatically collect information about how you use and engage with our business (e.g., via our websites and/or applications) products and/or services over time, and some of this may be personal data, including Internet protocol (IP) address, device and advertising identifiers, browser type, operating system, Internet service provider, the web page that directed you to our services, the date and time of your visit, information about how you engage with us (e.g., the links or buttons you click and pages you view of our website or applications), the fact of whether an email was opened, and other standard server log information. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

If you wish to correct, amend, or delete data, please contact direct your enquiry to the RICADO General Manager. If the Customer requests RICADO to remove any personal data to comply with data protection regulations, RICADO will respond to authorised requests within 30 business days.

RICADO will refer any request for disclosure of personal or company data by a law enforcement authority to the Customer. RICADO may, where it concludes that it is legally obligated to do so, disclose such data to law enforcement or other government authorities. RICADO will notify the Customer of such a request unless prohibited by law.
